Description

This mix requires a bit more care when planting but delivers outstanding results. In Northern states, the ideal planting window is late June to mid-July. Planting too early may cause turnips to mature before season opener, while planting too late limits bulb development. Plan for approximately 45–55 days for full turnip maturity.

Planting & Management:

Plant late June–mid July at a depth of ¼ inch using a Brillion seeder or drill. A well-prepared seedbed helps with establishment. For broadcasting, roll firmly with a cultipacker and increase seeding rate by 1.5×.
