Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed slightly. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and estimations for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be updated within 24–72 hours.
Shipping Locations
We currently only ship to customers within the United States.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Lost Packages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
